01 / About

A marketer who connects audience behavior with business context.

I am a senior at Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business, double majoring in Marketing and Finance. My experience includes social content, brand communications, market and competitor research, campaign coordination, and customer-facing leadership.

I am especially interested in why people choose one product, message, or brand over another. My finance background helps me evaluate those decisions alongside business goals, tradeoffs, and the practical demands of execution.

One campaign. Three distinct brand voices.

My role
Campaign messaging, copywriting, visual direction, cross-brand quality review

A shared partner-recruitment campaign had to work across architecture, renewable energy, and commercial real estate without flattening three companies into the same voice.

A shared visual structure was not enough. Each brand needed its own reason to believe: coordination for ROARK, qualifications and coverage for REIN, and lifecycle expertise for New Market.

Approach

Built a shared message architecture around capabilities, standards, fit, and a unified application path, then changed the proof points and vocabulary by brand.

Quality control

Audited copy-to-visual alignment and removed unsupported claims about guaranteed work, project volume, priority access, and automatic approval.

Deliverable

A 24-post campaign: eight pieces for each brand, ordered for publication and aligned to one enrollment destination.

Making payment-protection content useful, not alarmist

My role
Content development, copywriting, visual direction, branded communications

Construction payment protection is deadline-driven and technical. The content had to create urgency without making legal promises or overwhelming contractors with process language.

I organized the campaign around recognizable working moments: a new job, scope changes, delivery records, overdue invoices, closeout, and the information needed to start.

Insight

The clearest content began with the contractor's task or pressure, then connected it to documentation and payment protection.

Execution

Developed a ten-post campaign with concise visual headlines and fuller LinkedIn captions, supported by a consistent navy, white, and red brand system.

Outcome

A coherent campaign that translated a specialized service into practical, audience-focused messages without inventing results or guarantees.

Turning a broad AEC market into a usable outreach list

My role
Market research, audience mapping, opportunity qualification

IFMA Southeast MichiganFacility and workplace leadersOngoing building-service relationships
MRLARestaurant and hotel operatorsMulti-site and renovation prospects
ICSCRetail and mixed-use professionalsNational owner and developer visibility

A broad request for growth opportunities becomes useful only when each option is tied to a real audience and a reason to prioritize it.

I researched associations across Michigan, Florida, Texas, Georgia, and the national market, then translated each option into a specific outreach rationale.

Framework

Organization, target audience, website, geography, and why the channel could fit the company's services.

Decision value

The final list separated contractor, design, property, hospitality, retail, facility, and infrastructure audiences instead of treating AEC as one market.

Outcome

A working prospecting resource that could support sponsorship, partnership, and business-development decisions.

Closing the gap between sustainability work and consumer trust

My contribution
Consumer-perception analysis and final synthesis

Perception gap

Consumers may not know the work or may doubt the claim.

Brand tension

Sustainability can be perceived as a tradeoff with performance.

Recommendation

Connect environmental progress to product benefits and show evidence.

Nike's Considered initiative showed a classic brand problem: operational progress does not automatically change consumer perception.

My section focused on the trust gap and the risk that customers would interpret sustainability as a compromise in performance or quality.

Insight

For a performance-led brand, sustainability communication is stronger when it explains how material choices improve the product—not only the planet.

Recommendation

Use specific proof, product demonstrations, and targeted communication instead of broad sustainability claims.

Scope

This was a team assignment. I owned the consumer-perception analysis and contributed the conclusion; I do not present the full paper as individual work.
